Dr. James Green was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle. He completed his undergraduate studies at West Texas State University with a degree in Chemistry. His Dental studies were completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he received the Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1990 with honors. While in school, he developed an extreme interest in the cosmetic aspects of Dentistry and what he could do to improve the appearance and self-esteem of his patients. He conducted extensive research in the growing area of porcelain veneers and was published in the IADR in 1988 and 1989.
Dr. Green continues to study extensively with the focus on Cosmetic, Reconstructive, and Implant Dentistry. As well as the Neuromuscular treatment of TMJ disorders and chronic facial pain. At the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Dr. Green has achieved the distinction of LVI Fellow.
He is constantly testing and evaluating new technologies and treatment approaches always looking for ways to improve his patients care and make their visits to the office as pleasant as possible. While he practices all phases of General Dentistry, his passion is for the more complex and challenging cases.
Dr. Green lives in Wichita Falls, TX with his wife, Sara, their son, Zachary, and their 3 dogs.
