To help you properly plan for your dental treatment–and avoid any surprises later on–we create a personalized dental plan (PDP) for each patient. The PDP is based on two things. First, we will listen to your cosmetic and functional goals. Then we will perform a comprehensive exam and diagnostics. Essentially, the exam tells us where you are, your goals tell us where you want to be, and the PDP tells us how we get there.
We will draft the PDP together with you. We will make recommendations and explain the costs and benefits of each option. When we are agreed on the PDP, we will prepare a detailed cost estimate. Once you have this cost estimate, you can decide whether you want to proceed.

Insurance
We are happy to help you take advantage of your insurance. When you decide to schedule treatment, we will work together to develop your PDP. Once we’ve developed your PDP, we’ll talk to you about payment options.
You can pay us directly using traditional payment methods, or arrange for financing using one of the above options.
While we are working on your treatment, we’ll also help you fill out your paperwork for the insurance company. We’ll help you put in the proper codes that should help you maximize reimbursement based on the terms in your policy. We’ll even put an address and postage and seal the envelope. All you have to do is drop it in the mail.
Reimbursement will then come directly to you. We encourage you to ask your insurance company what reimbursement you can expect for the treatment, but we caution that even if you get pre-approval, the reimbursement will be less than you expect. It may even be less than they initially said.
